We have an integration that can upload a document, but it only works on the latest version of a document. We are not able to upload previous versions. Right now we upload some time after the case is submitted and closed. Since only submitted cases are archived, this may not be feasible to avoid archiving documents before submission but it's something to think about.

RE: Integration to Upload Versioned Documents

How and when are these new versions created?
You can get the previous version metadata of document, but i am not sure if it is helpful in your case.

This kind of situation is usually handled by having each version as a separated document and storing the doc id in the table. In this way you will have full control of the versioning
