I haven't done this in DocuSign, but in Adobe Sign (which i assume has some similarities), there's an API call that can be done to get "signing URL" for a particular document instance - this is passed back to Appian as plaintext in standard URL format and it can be shown to users on-form to either click, or even show in a web component field.

I'm not sure what you mean by "clickable in docusign" - we would have no control over what is done "in docusign" either way - that would be configured on the docusign side. Unless you mean it should be "clickable to take the user TO docusign", in which case, my above answer still applies.

This sounds more of a question to DocuSign than to Appian. I suggest to ask that question over there.

Hi Stefan,
So the scenario is:

We're sending a document to docusign in which we need to include a link from appian side and that link we have in our cloud db. So that link we'll query from our db and include it in the document that we're sending to docusign. We need to include the link as anchor string.. Now we don't know how to show it as a link(blue color, underlined and clickable) in docusign.. like what are the parameters we need to give from appian side.

Echoing Stefan's reply - i can't make sense of what you mean by "send link as text tab" or "as tooltip parameter". If DocuSign is giving you a usable URL somehow, you should be able to send that URL in plaintext (or in html formatting if you prefer) via the Send Email node, but this has nothing to do with things like "text tab" or "tooltip".
