Yes we can have possible integrations from appian to any external services. For your requirement can you please let me what would be the request from Appian End , in turn what is your expected Response back to appian from your external systems ..

Is it an image ? Is it a pointers ? or an XML ? or if any other ???

@rizviz Adding to above comment, also when we talk about integration to 3rd party, then it's all about the services which they have exposed. So if they have exposed any service for GPS mapping, then of course we can integrate that in Appian, as we do have support for Integrating with 3rd Party Services.

However what exactly are you looking to consume from that service, Can you elaborate the details about the Esri and ARC service
