Hi dextermb and others,

Just to clarify, the new variable rv!record and record type field references are new in Appian 20.3. You only use them for new record types that were created in 20.3 or record types that have been updated (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/Record_Type_Object.html#updating-the-record-type) since upgrade to 20.3. Existing record types continue to use the rf! variables until they go through the update flow I linked above.

Hi after chatting with one of the senior developers today it seems like there was a difference in versions between the developer path and the environment. So rather than using rv!record I've been told to just use the rf! directly.

To clarify, are you saying that in the record title expression box you are not seeing rv!record autosuggested?
