Are you using a cloud version or on-premise version?

For cloud version, there is a setting you can use for version update in the forumn site.

Or you could open a support case like Stefan mentioned.

Don't know about the Windows upgrade document but I found the Linux upgrade document confusing and not helpful. Having a hard time upgrading from 20.2

Is this a trial, cloud or on-premise? For cloud, open a support case. For on-premise check this
