I didn't find any smart service named "PDF from DOCX", can you help me locate it.

A potential workaround is to pass the DOCX file through the PDF from DOCX smart service to generate a (temporary) PDF, which can then be displayed on-form. This can be hit-or-miss depending on the complexity of the DOCX in question, though.

OOTB Appian does not support preview of docx files. And I am not aware of any available plugin.
