I have an external system that responds only when question is asked in Hindi Language, when I integrate it with Appian , Appain users types question in English>> this question need to convert into Hindi then hit the external system>>The response obtained in externa system in hindi shouls now convert to english(As Appian users need the response in english),

Please let me know different ways / possibilities to achive this,

You would need to read the text from the word document and then use the integration object to send that data to a translation API such as Google.
