It should be the document, sheet #, and start row #. Have you ran any tests?

If you type the function in your /design expression editor it will show you the function definition, and other information is available from the App Market page for Excel Tools as well.

As these Import-Directly-To-DS nodes can be finicky at times, I always recommend utilizing fn!readexcelsheetpaging() from the Excel Tools plugin, create a CDT with the data and utilize the Write to Datastore Entity service to persist. This allows extra points for debugging and data manipulation capabilities.

Seems the parameter value didn't transmit in successfully, why?

I only have 3 processparameters: but it tells me i need to input 4 parameters, where did I miss?
