Hi, same situation here, but my CES cannot stop. I wrote an email to CommunityEdition@appian.com, but since there's no SLA on the community edition sites I don't think it will be fixed soon.

I tried requesting for a new site, but the result still shows the same, "Error starting". And it has been 3rd day the same error shows, even though I check for any update every few hrs.

HI, Wait for sometime and then try to restart or you can ask for new instance.
