If you&#39;re on-premise, the custom.properties file contains most <a href="https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Post-Install_Configurations.html">post-install configurations</a>. I&#39;d recommend looking at the <a href="https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Installation_Guide.html">installation guide</a>&nbsp;for more information about how to create and manage that file in your repsitory. If you&#39;re still having problems, please let us know what steps you tried and what happened.</p> <p>If you&#39;re on Cloud I believe you will need to open a support ticket to configure your email server.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
