Hi, "Clone" object is the application name which he is using. Don't worry about that. It's just an application name

Hi there,

Ensure you have an admin group, that is set as Administrator for your application and its artifacts.
You can check this in the security summary. Once done, you should be able to access the app.
Ps. These securities don't work if you have a system admin user. They bypass all the security applied.
