Hi, You can delete the row from grid without using editable grid as well. Just enable selection in read only grid. you can select any row and have a button called "Delete" and then using "delete document " smart service you can delete it.

I am not referring excel .my requirement is to ,I have read only grid in which file uploaded data information I e document name,added on, added by .now user don't have the facility to delete file uploaded.so I am changing read only grid to editable grid.i should be getting document name, added on , added by information on uploading file right?so the grid should behave read only in dashboard and should behave like editable in related actions.

Hi can you explain your requirement. What do you mean by user can delete the row? Are you referring to excel file?
