Of course. There's no inherent limitation on the numbers/types of rule inputs to Interface (or Expression) rules. Why do you ask? Have you not just tried this, as this is a simple thing to do in, say, a Sandbox application in your environment where you could have found the answer for yourself very easily and quickly!

What do you mean? The error message is crystal clear.

I recommend to always use keyword syntax when calling expressions and interfaces. Then you will not see this error.

Do you need the two rule inputs?
