What you care about is also what I care about but after I find out, there will be no push notification in Appian, all information will be emailed to users

It might be the most appropriate way of doing it but what you can do rather is to keep the notifications for your mailbox turned on, for your desktop and let the Appian send you task emails.

As Appian does not have any desktop component, and there are no desktop notifications. When a task is assigned, assignees get an email and a mobile notification by default.
