There is no need to install software on personal computers.
If the software already installed on any of the servers, then you can start access as per the provided access.

Generally, system admin will have full access to the Application and system admin will start providing required access to rest of the people.

Hi Pedro, the best way to get started is by using the free "Community Edition" of Appian - if you go to your profile page here in Community you'll see a link to "Get my site"
