check in the admin console you are a basic user or system admin, you must have the system admin.
Second thing you can syn the data and if the data is not available then you need to insert the data and then check.

Hi Aishwarya, we have 2 possibilities,

1. Please check whether you are passing the rv!record properly in the summary view of the record.

2. Please check the link configured to the summary view, if it is having proper data in the database and also check if there are any relationships between other records is configured and see if it is working fine.
