actually I emailed them many times because I'm in the meddle of the training, my goal to be certified by mid of September, I request for an account since 24th July.

Wait about a month or two. This is the canned email response you will get.

"We are unable to provide a timeframe for the availability of your environment.

We have received your request for an Appian Community Edition environment, but are currently experiencing high request volumes, so fulfillment will be delayed. Once an environment becomes available, you will receive an email with your log-in details. Please make sure to check your entire inbox, including your spam folder, for this email.

It is taking time to access the community site wait for 4-5 days it will be ready and you will get a mail regarding the community site from Appian
