This API is returning 200 OK in postman.

But if I try to call the same API from Appian, I am getting the error.

Yes, Appian and Guidewire both are running on my local machine

It seems odd that you try to call that API on localhost. What kind of setup do you have? Is Appian and Guidewire both running on your local machine?
