First of all, Kudos on your decision to switch careers, Not everyone can manage these decisions. I would suggest within Appian tool, check which role would you like to pursue and you may take up certifications accordingly. If you are not a developer or have never been one, you can consider the analyst role also if you wish to. Best of luck!

Do you happen to have any tech knowledge without the background? It always good to have some knowledge as it speeds up the process but even if you don't, that's fine. You can try to give it a chance using Appian Academy and YouTube channel.

Hey I was wondering if you pursued appian and how it worked out in finding a job? I’m considering breaking into tech but I too don’t have a tech background. I have bachelors in nursing.
