Actually I have three processes which are running at a same time and I have to display that as a milestone in an interface. please check this image i want to display milestone like this.

If you are solely talking about displaying the status in a user-friendly way while they are on other milestone tabs, you can do so by customizing card decorative bar colors based on the status. But this applies to milestone pattern and not field

Hard to say with such little information but I would assume that you would need an expression rule that would "translate" the state of those 3 processes into an single Milestone state?
