i think changing the code in line 11 ( as mentioned in the documentation link) in the expression rule getAllLaunches_recordDataSource helped

Initially create connected system :

then click on use in new integration : Then create integration and test the rule:

After that create record type : Set data model type of webservice: then click on create record data source:

then click on use existing integration rule:

Then give the previously created integration rule here: Click on next and create the you will be able to see the data
