Check the MariaDB log file, typically located at /var/log/mysql/mariadb.log or /var/log/mysql/error.log, for connection details.

'perf_monitor_rdbms.csv' logs only displays the performance metrics of the relational db, but doesn't show the exact connection details.

tomcat-stdOut.log.yyyy.mm.dd, have overall logs related to data-server, search-server, app-server-tomcat, deployment and plugins data.

If you would like to review the Appian system logs, please follow these steps:

Click on 'System Logs' under the '9-Dot Bento Menu'.
Select 'System Logs', and then click on 'perflogs/'.
Inside the 'perflogs', you will find the 'perf_monitor_rdbms.csv' files. Based on the date and time, you can download the relevant files.

if you are using On-premise server, then the probable path will be : C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Appian\logs\tomcat-stdOut.log.yyyy.mm.dd.

The concept - Data Server is used for enabling the integration between Appian applications and external databases or data sources.
It manages the connections, security, performance, and troubleshooting aspects, allowing users to retrieve, update, and store data while maintaining seamless integration between Appian and other systems.

Here for handling internal db source, we need to point to Tomcat server resources.
