Missing Course Content - Appian Developer

I am currently working through the Appian developer learning list, and have come to the Visualize Your Data: Reports and Dashboards lesson (https://academy.appian.com/#/online-courses/816ad062-560d-4de5-a764-531290a3e562), however there appears to be no content whatsoever. Appreciate this could be a issue specific to me, however the reviews are all very negative so figured it may not be. If anyone is able to confirm the issue/let me know where to raise it to, that would be perfect

Good evening,

I have been going through the developer learning path. On the course to start developing an application as a step by step, I appear to be missing the main tutorial application that is referenced in the guide (acme-sport-equipment-rental). I see the solution, but not the practice app. Any thoughts or guidance would be great. Thanks.

It has been more than 24 hours since I requested the Community workspace. BTW, now when I go to https://us.appian.community/suite/sites/home, it acts as if I have never requested the workspace. Yet, I can still go to https://us.appian.community/suite/design without issue.

Workspace pending sounds like it has not been deployed for access yet. I would wait until your space is active and then check your workspace to see if the apps are present.

In case anyone is monitoring this thread. I am having the same issues.

My Workspace isn't ready. It shows "Workspace pending". But, I can access it via: https://us.appian.community/suite/design
I do not have the "acme-sport-equipment-rental" for "Build an Application: Step-by-Step #1"
The application, "acme-sport-equipment-rental", does not appear in the App Catalog. (In fact, only 5 items appear in the App Catalog.)

Thanks. Already checked there previously. The app isn't present. Still pending feedback from Appian. The solution app is present in my space, but not the actual file for use with the tutorial.

Thanks for the response! I emailed them last week and still have not heard back, not sure if that's standard response time. I'll keep waiting as it definitely seems like it has to do with the connection to the data source which I don't have access to tinker with w/o an admin profile.

I am using Community Edition and following the Appian Developer path. In for Step-By-Step # 5 I encounter a problem with selecting the database for the "Vehicle" Record Type.

I followed all the steps1-4 and facing above change in Step 5. Appreciate any help/suggestions

Database Configuration Error - New Developer Learning Path

Hi all, I've started the new developer learning path which launched 2 days ago. When I attempt to navigate the ACME SPORT EQUIPMENT RENTAL SOLUTION application I get the following error:

"Record type is marked as synced, but its data has not yet been synced or its existing synced data has been invalidated. Contact your system administrator"

I have gone in and checked this record type specifically and others related to it and they all have the same issue. The sync history shows a failure and I am unable to run a manual FULL SYNC. Attempting to change the data source on the record type I get the following error:

"The data source cannot be reached or its configuration is invalid. Please contact your system administrator."

I have reached out to communityedition@appian.com and am awaiting a response. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas or if I find a solution I'll come back here to post my progress in case it helps anyone in the future.

Community Edition often has this issue and the support team only can help with resolution here. You can follow up on same email to get is resolved as soon as possible.

You might not have proper access to it.
Email communityedition@appian.com with site URL, workspace name, and a screenshot of the error so the CE team can repair or reprovision the workspace

Hi all,

I am following the Appian Developer path and for Step-By-Step # 5 I encounter a problem with selecting the database for the "Vehicle" Record Type.

Hi Shubham,
I have a shared workspace, when I attempt to build out a record type based on a database table (as you show above) I get the error "The data source cannot be reached or its configuration is invalid. Please contact your system administrator."
Is there anything you can think of causing this error? is there a way to reset my workspace and request a brand new one?

This may be related to your browser settings that can be forcing a 'download mode'. Be sure to have a profile with browser setting as below (checkbox off here for Edge, not sure what the equivalent in Chrome is):

Process Modeler proporties not showed

First of all, thank you for your attention.
I'm having a problem with Appian Process Modeler. When I try to open the process properties, none of the tabs like Variables or General are displayed. I can only see the tabs for languages. Can someone guide me on how to fix this?
