pritamd why don't you try creating Custom Plugin for your requirement. As Appian provides an option for creating Custom Plugin using Java for those requirements which is not OOTB

Thanks. We are trying PGP encryption. Wanted to check if someone has come across this use case before and how it was handled?

There is a shared component available to password protect Excel files:
forum.appian.com/.../summary

I'm not aware of any general file encryption plugins.
