May be try giving access to that folder and the Community and see as a basic user.

Yes, no issue if I temporarily change the user type to Sys Admin. I found out that one of the file (retrieved using UUIId stored in database) is not already existing in repository. So it might be causing the issue. The error -- "The user <user> does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested action. (APNX-1-4198-000)" might be not useful in debugging. I'll further check on my end if putting a handler would be the workaround. Thanks for now Alok and Christine.

riang The reason why i asked you to cross check is, i was wanted to confirm whether the same is working for admin type Users or not, just to understand whether the issue is Only with the Basic user or Both, so as you are saying There is no issues in case of Admin, so i recommend try checking the Security Permission for Document Folder.

What is the permission on the folder containing the document? If your record entity security does not match your document (folder) security, you will need to check permission before trying to do any function with document.

Yes, but since the actual user should have limited access Not as System Admin, we cannot set every user as Admin just to fix it. Before on our other implementations it's working but now it's not.

riang Did you try accessing the same by User having System Administrator privileges, are you getting any issue in that case also?
