 What could be the reason.

All the processes are either in cancel status or complete status. We need to perform clean up exercise as data management was not configured properly earlier.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Because you can directly set archival settings under data management tab of process model, which will automatically archive the process instance once the specified duration matches (only after completion of the process instance)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
However just a quick guess in your scenario, are these processes instance status completed, which you are trying to archive.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
