Thank Vinay, We have pre-define templates but some of the data needs to be updated in header & footer based on runtime scenario, lets say for example process initiator.
Yeah from plugin perspective we are unable to find any plugin which can help in this task so far.

As far I know there is no plug-in which generate header and footer,
To achieve this scenario you need to create Pre define templates (ExcelTemplate_header3,ExcelTemplate_header2 etc), and based on the conditions system select the templates
