Hi Chandu,

Version 1.2.1 of Task Smart Services is not listed as an available Plugin on the Admin console... Do you remember how you had this version installed? Do you have a copy of the plugin?

Hi Mikej,

The older version of the plugin is Task Smart Services v1.0.0 and the newer version v1.2.1 has resolved the issue. Please work with the Appian Support.

No MIke. We still have this issue.
Maybe because I am using a Smart Service which is from an external Plugin and not Appian Internal.

I presume that the fix you're referring to is: "AN-108740 (High) - Fixed an issue that prevented a reassigned task from being available to the assignee pool"

Did the 18.3 upgrade solve your issue?

Did the plugin upgrade fix your issue? Was it a new version of the "Reassign With Privileges" plugin? Does it handle no assignment privileges?
I checked the source code for Reassign With Privileges v1.0.0 and it doesn't appear to handle that case.

We raised a support ticket and they have provided a new version of plugin. We are using that now as part of Appian Upgrade.

This is an external plugin and on further research we found that this has been resolved in 18.3 version of Appian. So we are trying to upgrade our version to resolve this. Hope that works

We also faced the same issue. You can raise a support ticket for this. If possible they can provide a new version of Plugin fixing the issue.

Hi Ekansh,
I think its a default option in the tasks for the users to reassign the assigned tasks. I dont think we have a work around for this unless we get some plugins as others said or waiting for the update that fixes this.

Yes It should be but according to the plugin it is only for those privileges. They have not given a option for NO privileges only.

I think this should be fixed in the plugin otherwise it creates a security risk in the application.

I can't use this smart service as it is not having value to be set as No Privilege. So If I even use this the scenario will be same for me.

We faced the similar issue and checked with the Appian support team, they informed it's a limitation right now.

As informed by Shiva, please use the plugin "Reassign with Privileges".
