Please share the complete error stack in the log file. Are you cloud version or on-premise one?

getting below error while uploading jar file

The uploaded file is invalid (APNX-1-4268-003)

Place a plug In by copying it to the directory

APPIAN_INSTALL/_admin/plugins/

Deploy a plug-in by copying it to this directory: APPIAN_INSTALL/_admin/plugins/.

Hi sauravk,

1) If it is a cloud environment go to admin console--> on left bar click on plugins----> so you will be finding an option ---> Deploy new plugin on top right corner.

2) if it is a on-premise environment log in to WinSCP, with server URL and password, so you find the plugins folder for particular environment, so you can directly deploy there.

Hi Saurav,

Navigate to appian admin console.
On the left click on plug-ins.
Then you will find a option "Deploy New Plug-in"
