Also, you could try to rename the input to your expressoin from "region" to "input"...we haven't used the smart service to generate xls files, but when using the expression we've seen this to be an issue.

Hi ,

This happens when there is a mismatch in column name for the given input when using this component. Please cross verify the column names given in the json format and test the rule that forms the input to pass in the component.

Hi,

Can you please check the column names used for exporting the data subsets.
The format of data is not the issue, please check each and every rule which is dependent on exporting the data subset to Excel.

If it is possible for you please share the exportable rules with the CDT structure.
