Hi - from the experimenting I've done, the Log Reader and other such plug ins do not have visibility of the Shared Logs directory - only the usual logging directory for the Application Server the process or UI is running in. If you are Cloud based then the Appian Product now supports Log Streaming - to set this up you'd need to contact your Appian Support POC to enquire further.

I didn't find any solution for cloud yet. Login Information Parser plug-in requires a minor update to search at shared-logs folder.

Amitkumar Did you ever find an answer or solution? I am facing the same problem. Do we know if the plugin reads from the shared-logs directory as specified here: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.2/High_Availability_and_Distributed_Installations.html#shared-logs?

No, unfortunately, it is not on AppMarket. However, It will not take much efforts to write.

Thank you for your response. Is your plug-in available in AppMarket? Is it cloud approved?

Appian Collab / Files Systems plug-in addresses my requirement for an on-premise environment. But, I'm also looking for a cloud approved plug-in.

I have done the same in past and faced the same issue. To solve this issue, I wrote a plugin which used to copy login csvs using JSch at a shared place and then processes all the CSVs.
