You would need to restart the environment after putting the plugin into the specified folder in order for Appian to attempt to deploy

Thank you. I have another question: I downloaded one file *.jar, and I tried to upload there, but the environment said "The file is not valid (APNX_1-4268-033)" and I dont know if I can import it.

If you are on-premise, you will not have access to that button (docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Administration_Console.html

Instead, you can manually do it by downloading any files you need off the shared component marketplace and then following the steps outlined in the Appian documentation (docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Plug-ins.html

Can you confirm that you are on a cloud environment and NOT on-premise?
