We have installed the plug on our on-premise environment, but it is not working, does it require any additional configuration on 21.3 version

Hi Fiona, please find my comments to your questions

1. You can look at the data policy for the charts you would like to use. As per my knowledge and for the charts we have used, Google does not store any data and the charts are processed and rendered in the browser.

2. Google charts will work for both on-premise and cloud environment. Only pre requisite is the plugin should be installed in your environment.
