Appian major version release notes are published on their public Documentaton site shortly before release. Here are the release notes for 20.1, and the eventual 20.2 notes will appear in a similar place.

Sorry to ask you some basic question as I'm newbe in appian.

How can I get appian releases notes?
All the mentionned plug ins in the current version are working fine but we are planing to move to the next version

Usually unless you hear specifically otherwise, it's safe to start from the assumption that plug-ins will work in the next major version if they're working in your current version. It's always a good idea to go through the release notes (specifically the deprecations/removals section) and check to see whether anything will be removed that some plug-in might use, and also you can navigate to the page for a given plug-in within the app market and see if there are any specific comments there or updates for the new Appian version. It's also not a bad idea to briefly test your plug-ins in a new version, though 20.1 has been out long enough now that any severe incompatibilities would likely already have been reported.
