I can connect to MSFT using basic auth but i cant seem to find a way to import the calendars of users and thats where i was wondering if api or plugin is the better way or if anyone has done this before.

Please go through below links for Appian integration with third party server,

Appian has provided new object (May be in 18.1 release) as "Connected System", i used it for google drive integration and it worked as i was doing OAuth2.0. Try if you can connect to MSFT using this rather than creating plug in.

jamesw353 were you able to get the users calendars from outlook? i am trying to use the same for our contact center but cant seems to get the api working for outlook

@jamesw353, Do you have any plugin related to EWS integration? I am working on creating a plugin to integrate with EWS. It will be very helpful to me if you can share any plugins or java code.
