Even if your main Appian installation is on cloud, you still must create an on-premise installation to create and test your plug-in. I'd suggest creating a local installation using the Quick Start Installation Guide.

Hi Peter,

We are on Cloud, so we dont have the Jar file, Could you please let us other route.

The main Appian Plug-in Jar used as an external dependency in your plug-in is available from your Appian installation. Check the directory <APPIAN HOME>/_admin/sdk/appian-plug-in-sdk.jar. Also, I'd suggest looking at the plug-in documentation for more information.
