FWIW, this would probably be a lot easier for all parties involved if the Plug-in Name listed in the admin console tool actually matched what's displayed in the App Market.

I don't know about you, but when I search the Plug-in manager in Admin Console, I get 2 entries matching "S3", and the bottom one appears to closely match the functionality at the appmarket location you shared. I'm not sure why there's an apparent discrepancy in author and version number - maybe sam.merrill could clarify on this.

I just looked on a cloud site and I can see the plugin as available. It looks like it's just called "Amazon S3" in the Admin Console though - do you see it there?

Nominally you don't. If it's critical or if it's a custom plug-in (like one you made yourself, etc), you can open a support case, supply the JAR file, and ask Appian Support to install it for you.

Out of curiosity, which plug-in is this? Could you post the App Market link?
