To add to what Konduru said, if the documents are saved in Office 365 already, MS Graph APIs provide a way to download a pdf for the supported file types, including ppt: learn.microsoft.com/.../driveitem-get-content-format

Save PowerPoint presentations as PDF files
Select File > Export.
Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS.
In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to.
Optionally, if you want to change what the final PDF file is like, do any of the following:
Click Publish.

Hello Ammar Alhayki,

Currently we do not have any smart service to convert your PPT file to PDF or Doc. Instead you can use an API and perform that task.

There are lot of API's available for free in the market which will do this work.
