I am using a User Input screen to select the file to import but when I use that document in the plugin I get an error: Can't open the specified file: 'C:\\Users\\BPD_AP~1\\AppData\\Local\

RE: I am trying to user the Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT plugin. Although it's telling me there is an error. Doesn't really tell me what's wrong.

RE: I am trying to user the Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT plugin. There will typically be a stack trace with a "Caused by" clause that describes the root cause of the Error.

Hope this helps!

RE: I am trying to user the Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT plugin. That error is fixed with the new file format. But now the plugin won't import anything and there is no error. I have the column headers the exact same as the field names including case sensitivity.

RE: I am trying to user the Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT plugin. In order to make this work, you need to create a new Excel file with the data from the previous one and save it as a *.xlsx file. Upload this Excel file to the System Knowledge Center and then re-map your process to use this new *.xlsx file.

Let me know if this helps!
