Thanks Alok, I have checked the app-server log and when I run the process it is getting a NullPointerException. Although it's telling me there is an error. Doesn't really tell me what's wrong.

Hi Lesli,

I would recommend checking your app-server log for more details as to why nothing was populated in the CDT fields. There will typically be a stack trace with a "Caused by" clause that describes the root cause of the Error.

I am so close. That error is fixed with the new file format. But now the plugin won't import anything and there is no error. I have the column headers the exact same as the field names including case sensitivity.

Hi Leslie,

The Smart Service currently supports only *.xlsx files.

If you use the *.xls file or any other Excel format, the Smart Service will throw the Error that you have been experiencing. In order to make this work, you need to create a new Excel file with the data from the previous one and save it as a *.xlsx file. Upload this Excel file to the System Knowledge Center and then re-map your process to use this new *.xlsx file.
