Hi thank you for your reply. In this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TV35-cjm100 and in the last comment it is specified that up to 6 million records can be uploaded.

My worst case is the loading of 600/700 thousand records. Should I manipulate the CSV in some way or is the smart service sufficient? What do you think? Another tips, my DB is Maria DB.

hi marcom0706 AFAIK, Appian doesn't have a hard limit on the number of records that can be loaded, but practical limitations might apply based on the database and infrastructure. For large datasets, I would recommend conducting performance testing to have an optimal batch size and to ensure that the process can handle the expected load efficiently without causing performance issues.
