I also encountered the same issue after trying. For a quicker resolution, I recommend raising a support ticket with the Appian team—they can provide dedicated assistance.

Yeah. I have gone through the requirements.
The excel is loading not throwing an error.

Would any of those cause it to... just load slowly (but still work)? I'd assume that it would simply not work at all if any of these conditions were not satisfied.

This plug-in is newer and (iirc) a paid feature, so I'm not sure how many others here will have had a chance to use it yet. Either way, since it's provided by Appian and presumably supported by them via a premium subscription tier or something, it seems like something you should be able to ask via a support case.
