Yes, the issue was addressed in a hotfix for 16.2.

Hey @mikej117,
This issue was rectified with a hotfix that preserved the pre-16.1 a!toJson() format. I believe it was rolled into the base product, but will let Tim give a confirmation on that. Since then, we have upgraded to 16.2 and 16.3 without this issue.

Hi @matthewf and Tim,
I was just discussing this scenario with a colleague and wondered what would happen if the XML serialisation of the Record Type changes after the Audit History application has begun collecting audit data. Has this issue been rectified or are we at risk of having our old data orphaned once the Record Type serialisation changes?

Hi Paul, we are cloud customers and upgraded from version 7.11 to 16.1. No hotfixes have been installed since our upgrade earlier this month.

Matthew, what version were you upgrading from? Do you have any hotfix packages installed on 16.1?
