Hi there - I think I know what happened. For a few hours yesterday, some of our services ran into resource limits and were unable to handle requests from Community Edition sites. The issue is now resolved, so you should be able to publish portals again with no delay. Let me know if you're still running into issues of this sort so that we can look into it. Thanks.

yes, it's been a feature of community environments since the initial version was deployed that even included portals (though in my case, my env had gotten stuck in a prior version and they never noticed, so I had to pester them to update it manually).

What kind of Appian environment is this? In case of a community environment, it seems like Appian currently struggles with providing enough resources and some things might take longer than expected.
