Hello,

May be you need two different task nodes(ONE when the task is assigned to group and other when the task is assigned to a single individual), that way you can control the assignment feature to show up in case of user but not in case of group?

pradeepd761 , Set the visibility condition for the related action too if you don't want the reassignment option on record.

Are you using this Shared Component? forum.appian.com/.../summary

If not, and if you have the ability to add components to your environment, may I suggest trying this plugin? I'm not sure which Appian Platform version you are using, but keep in mind this is only marked to be compatible with Appian Versions up to 16.2
