Any chance these processes were manually deleted by another system administrator?

I ran the batch to see if they are archivated, and they are not archivated. I am out of solutions now...

If you have a on-premise install you could search the archives to see if it has been archived.

archiveprocess.bat (.sh) <action> {<option> {argument}}
archiveprocess.bat search -pname [name of process] -pstarted [time process started]

It could it be that someone had deleted this process instance.

No, this process doesn't have any parent process. And the processes started 2 months ago.

Do you have a parent process with a terminate end event? If so, it could have terminated and taken the sub process with it.

Can you specify a date range?
