Hi Vishw, As the other practitioners mentioned you have opened a draft version of the process model and then trying to Debug. Try to save or Save and Publish and then start debugging. If you still cannot able to debug. please load the last published version and then try to debug. Hope this will resolve the issue.

Is the version that you're trying to start for debugging published? It's possible that you're viewing a version that isn't published, and clicking "Start process for debugging" while you're on that non-published version.
