You can set the deadline either in Other tab of user input task node. please check the below link

or you can set the deadline through properties icon available on toolbar in process model. Please check the below link

I am sorry ,but in 7.11 there is no dead line tab available in user input task. We have escalations and exceptions ,but no deadline

Setting a deadline on User Input Task will help you in this case.
