Your two options here are 1) putting the status in the display name as previously mentioned and/or 2) displaying the status on the form that the user sees to complete the task

To clarify, do you want to display to the user where in the process his task is?

Thanks for the response. I am already using the dynamic capability of task display names, however, what I exactly need is a column where I specifically show the status from my process.

Hi Dhruv, have you considered utilizing the dynamic capability of task display names? You could format your display name with the desired information (for example: pv!status&" Approve Timesheet")
