Hi Chandu,

I think I said the same think. " It seems user dont have Intiator access to PM". "I think having viewer access is not required to complete his job." -- Giving Viewer access to PM will give him more then what is required.

Hi Kumar Agniwesh,

For process models, the Viewer will have more rights than Initiator.

Please make sure that the process model security is set to allow the user to view it.
