This is happening only for few users not for everyone. Is there any specific reason for this?

We are not using send email smart service these mails are auto generated mails send from appian side to indicate assignment of task.

Hi Amit,

The Task Name should come in the email subject when that user input task is assigned. is this happening to few or for every one? I tested for Basic user and Administrator both are getting Subject line

Hi Amita,
Please make sure the subject field is not blank and valid in the Send Email smart service in your process model.

Task display name is there in mail body but subject is blank.

Yes these are auto-generated emails sent by Appian when task is assigned to a user.
